I hate it when people write research papers on the obvious…
“Overweight children found at risk for back problems and disc abnormalities“…really. “We observed a trend toward increased spine abnormality with higher BMI,” Dr. Burns said. “These results demonstrate a strong relationship between increased BMI in the pediatric population and the incidence of lumbar disc disease.”

Did scientist, doctors, and engineers really need to write a paper to tell me that a fat child is going to develop back problems?

My back is absolutely killing me. I have been having back spasms all day…Argh. I am thinking of buying one of those inversion chairs… or maybe I will just hang myself out my window. That would be cheaper…

On christmas while hanging out with my friend Nancy in the evening..she made a comment on how she has basically hated my haircut for the past 2 years….she later told me I resemble Tuxedo Mask from Sailor Moon and that she had a picture to prove it.  I think this might have been an insult..I am not sure.  hah.

Regardless..you be the judge.
